We are looking for an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead our microtrenching crew.
Requirements:
Experience in microtrenching, fiber optic, or underground utility construction.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage field crews efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, maps, and utility drawings.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide clear instructions and maintain productivity in the field.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of safety procedures and utility locating requirements.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily field operations and crew performance.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Read and understand project plans, maps, and construction documents.
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Track daily production and report progress.
Maintain quality control and ensure company standards are met.
Train and mentor crew members when needed.
