Position Summary
The Advertising Manager is responsible for managing advertising accounts, coordinating advertising campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising commitments across the company's multimedia platforms. This role serves as the primary point of contact for advertisers after agreements are finalized, overseeing campaign scheduling, fulfillment, reporting, and ongoing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for advertisers following the execution of advertising agreements.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with advertising clients across broadcast, podcast, streaming, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate the scheduling and placement of commercial spots, live-read sponsorships, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with programming, production, and digital teams to ensure all advertising commitments are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain advertising calendars and commercial inventory schedules.
- Track campaign delivery and verify that contracted advertisements air or are published according to client agreements.
- Monitor advertising inventory and provide availability reports to company leadership.
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, campaign schedules, and advertising data using CRM and sales management systems.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide advertisers with summaries of campaign fulfillment when requested.
- Coordinate contract renewals and communicate with advertisers regarding campaign changes, scheduling updates, or future opportunities.
- Assist in organizing advertising packages, rate information, and campaign documentation for company leadership and the sales team.
- Ensure advertising materials are received, approved, and delivered to the appropriate departments before scheduled air or publication dates.
- Collaborate with accounting regarding invoicing, billing support, and campaign reconciliation.
- Represent the company professionally while providing exceptional customer service to advertising partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Two or more years of experience in advertising operations, account management, media coordination, customer success, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital productivity tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a fast-paced media environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
