Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems with proficiency in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales
- Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations, while maintaining accountability for cash handling procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant hosting, or guest services is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Reliable personal vehicle required for deliveries. Must maintain a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
