Position Type: Entry-Level CDL-A Driver
Have your CDL but need experience? We are hiring recent CDL school graduates for a paid training program designed to help new drivers gain valuable over-the-road experience and transition into a solo driving position.
- Valid Class A CDL

Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school within the last 12 months

Must meet DOT requirements

Safe driving record

Willing to attend onboarding and over-the-road training
Approved drivers will attend a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, AR, where they will:
- Meet key department representatives

Complete a driving skills evaluation

Receive additional training if needed

Learn company policies and procedures

Paid Orientation
-
$100 Food Stipend
- Minimum 10 days of over-the-road training with an experienced driver mentor

Earn $75 per day while in training

Upon successful completion of training, drivers will be upgraded to a solo position and begin earning cents per mile (CPM)
After completing training and upgrading to a solo driver, drivers will:
- Be assigned their own truck

Begin earning CPM based on their assigned location and account
