Bright From the Start is hiring enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our supportive Early Childhood Education teams. We provide a fun, structured learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, with programs that focus on social, emotional, academic, and physical development. Our teachers work collaboratively to support each child’s growth, confidence, and success.
We are currently hiring for teachers and staff for the following programs:
INFANTS FULL TIME 7:45-6:00 four days each week.
APPLICANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 19 YEARS OF AGE FOR THIS POSITION PER NE DHHS.
Starting wage at $15.00 and up depending on experience!!

Responsibilities:
- Help maintain an environment that is designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
- Create a fun and safe learning environment
- Follow schedules for program and individual children as needed
- Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with the families at Bright
- Communicating with parents on children's growth and progress
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Work collaboratively with team teachers to ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must clear a Criminal History background check with fingerprints through the NE State Patrol. You can make an appointment at the link below.

- Must clear a background check on the Child and Adult Abuse/Neglect Central Registry
- Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, teaching, or other related fields is preferred
