Clear View Mentality is growing, and we are bringing on 1–2 PMHNPs who want to practice psychiatry differently- with depth, collaboration, and real relationships.
This is not a high-volume, churn-and-burn practice. We intentionally keep caseloads sustainable so providers can do meaningful clinical work and clients receive thoughtful care.
Our Modelx
We practice an integrated psychiatry + therapy approach where providers collaborate, communicate, and treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Our clinical focus includes:
- Integrated care: medication management and therapeutic intervention when clinically appropriate
- Real collaboration with therapists
- Building meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients
- A population of high-functioning adults navigating:
- Narcissistic abuse and relational trauma
- Childhood trauma and attachment patterns
- ADHD in adulthood
- Perimenopause and hormonal mental health shifts
- Motherhood, familial, and relationship challenges
Clinical Growth Opportunities (Optional)
For providers interested in expanding their skills, we offer support in:

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is a licensed PMHNP practicing with depth and curiosity
- Wants to understand what’s driving symptoms- not just treat them
- Values collaboration with therapists and doctors
- Is comfortable working with complex, relational, trauma-informed cases
- Is interested in (or already integrating) therapy skills into psychiatric sessions
- Is self-directed and reliable in a telehealth setting
- Believes sustainable caseloads lead to better outcomes
- Is seeking long-term clinical alignment, not just volume
Requirements
- Active PMHNP license
- North Carolina license (priority)
- Active North Carolina DEA license (priority)
- Telehealth experience preferred
Compensation
- 1099 Contractor
- Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time available
- 60/40 revenue split
- Flexible schedule
