HVAC Controls Technician
Requirements:
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Troubleshooting HVAC control systems
- Demonstrates a “Servant Leadership” attitude
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Ability to use a Fluke meter
- Working conditions include being on a roof or in a mechanical room for extended periods of time
- Working on ladders
- Carrying tools and sometimes heavy equipment
- Experience with drawings and or computer graphics
- Strong sense of urgency
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Possess strong self-management skills
- Teamwork and strong problem solving abilities
- Operating in a safe manner according to all OSHA regulations
- Wearing proper personal protective gear
- Able to diagnose/repair/replace components on equipment
