Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced residential cleaners to join our team at Pure Perfection Services. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and choose the jobs that best fit your availability. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients' homes.
Responsabilidades:

- Limpiar y desinfectar baños, incluyendo inodoros, lavabos, duchas y encimeras.
- Fregar y desinfectar cocinas, incluyendo electrodomésticos, encimeras, lavabos y exteriores de gabinetes.
- Quitar el polvo de todas las superficies, incluyendo muebles, estantes, zócalos y lámparas.
- Aspirar alfombras y tapetes, asegurándose de eliminar toda la suciedad y los residuos.
- Barrer y trapear pisos duros, como baldosas, madera y laminados.
- Vaciar y desechar los contenedores de basura y reciclaje.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to our clients' specific needs and preferences, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and disinfection in all areas of the home.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, including appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinet exteriors.
- Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, baseboards, and light fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs, ensuring all dirt and debris are removed.
- Sweep and mop hard floors, such as tile, wood, and laminate.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling containers.
- Manage and provide all necessary cleaning supplies for each job, ensuring you have the right tools and products to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work, representing Pure Perfection Services positively at all times.
Requisitos:

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential cleaning. REQUIRED
- Must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation: Must have your own vehicle to travel to clients' homes. REQUIRED
- Must have a smartphone.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
