Position: Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be a key driver of continued studio growth. You’ll connect with prospective members, introduce them to the benefits of Pilates, and help them take the first step toward their fitness goals. This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to contribute to an already successful studio while advancing your own career.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Pilates sales or boutique fitness strongly preferred
- Proven sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Confidence in promoting memberships, private sessions, and training programs
- Ability to generate leads and follow up effectively
- Comfortable learning new systems (experience with ClubReady is a plus)
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy and organized—capable of managing calls, emails, and scheduling
Your Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
Drive new memberships by generating and converting leads
Book prospects into complimentary intro classes and studio tours
Studio Tours
Create excitement around the Club Pilates experience
Educate prospective members on class options, packages, and membership benefits
Follow-Up & Conversion
Maintain consistent communication with leads through email, phone, and text
Convert interested prospects into committed members
Member Engagement
Assist in member retention by building strong relationships and studio involvement
Support the front desk team in delivering an exceptional experience
Event Participation
Represent Club Pilates at local events and community partnerships
Actively promote the brand and generate new leads
Goal Achievement
Stay focused and motivated to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
