Physical Therapist- Montana
Overview:
Salary is based on years of experience.
Up to $20K Sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance.
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a perm staff position in MT. This role involves providing high-quality rehabilitative care to patients to build and maintain a rehab center of excellence. Normal patient care environment in a long-term care, acute care, clinic setting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, compassionate, and motivated to support patients in improving mobility, restoring function, and enhancing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education to help patients achieve functional goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient progress, treatment adjustments, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adapt to new environments, teams, and patient populations quickly and effectively.
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, home exercises, and preventive strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and innovations in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in physical therapy in MT.
- Prior clinical experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse healthcare settings.
Job Type: Permanent
Facility may be able to assist with temporary housing at a reduced rate until employee finds perm housing with the relocation assistance provided (temp housing would be for employee only - no family or pets)

Pay: $45.25 - $60.38 per hour
