Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and wants to grow with a company that values both performance and people.
Key Responsibilities

Support monthly close processes, including journal entries and period-end reconciliations.

Reconcile key balance sheet accounts (e.g., cash, credit cards, bank accounts) monthly.

Assist with treasury functions: bank uploads, account setups, daily entries, and check tracking.

Prepare internal financial reports and assist with audits and compliance.

Collaborate on special projects and process improvements.

Perform other accounting duties as needed.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

1–3 years of accounting experience (co-op or ag industry experience a plus).

Strong understanding of GAAP and reconciliation best practices.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience with accounting software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
