Lead 6S and operational excellence across laboratories.
Build and improve SOPs, checklists, and standardized processes.
Support facilities, safety, inventory, procurement, and laboratory readiness.
Coordinate domestic and international shipping and receiving.
Generate COAs and shipping documentation.
Own the Zero-Error Shipping Process and final shipment verification.
Partner across Engineering, Product Development, EHS, Manufacturing, and Finance to reduce operational friction and improve execution.
