Northgate Builders is looking for experienced fence installation crews for residential fence projects throughout Northern Virginia.
We are looking for established crews that know how to install fence correctly, work efficiently, and leave a clean, professional finished job.
Work Includes:
- Wood privacy and picket fencing
- Vinyl fencing
- Aluminum fencing
- Chain-link fencing
- Gates and related fence installation
- Residential fence removal and replacement
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced fence installation crew
- Experience installing wood, vinyl, aluminum, and/or chain-link fence
- Own truck/transportation
- Own tools and equipment needed to complete installations
- General liability insurance
- Workers' compensation coverage where required
- Ability to read job information and follow installation specifications
- Reliable communication
- Ability to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Willingness to correct warranty workmanship issues when necessary
Compensation & Work:
This is a 1099 independent subcontractor opportunity, not an hourly employee position.
Crews are paid based on the work performed. Compensation varies by fence type, footage, gates, job conditions, and project scope.
Estimated crew earnings: $3,000-$5,000+ per week depending on available projects and crew productivity.
We provide the jobs and project information. You provide the experienced crew, transportation, tools, equipment, and installation labor.
