What You'll Do:
As a Chick-fil-A Team Member, you'll play an important role in delivering the level of food quality, speed, cleanliness, and hospitality our guests expect.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Providing friendly, attentive and efficient guest service.
- Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Working Front of House and/or Back of House positions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Assist in food safety management by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Support team members during busy periods by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has previous Chick-fil-A experience and understands the expectations of working in a high-volume, guest-focused Chick-fil-A environment. Candidates with previous experience in another restaurant or food service are also encouraged to apply.

- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations.
