We’re looking for a dynamic Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who is motivated, team-focused, and driven by a passion for whole-body wellness. If you’re ready to empower patients, restore movement, and help people unlock their full potential, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide dedicated 1-on-1 patient care — Perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy sessions focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving functional performance.
- Design and execute customized therapy programs — Create progressive, evidence-based rehabilitation protocols tailored to each patient’s diagnosis, goals, and lifestyle, adjusting plans as patients improve.
- Collaborate across disciplines — Work closely with chiropractors, mental health professionals, and nutrition providers to coordinate care plans, share clinical insights, and ensure comprehensive, whole-body treatment strategies.
- Educate and empower patients — Teach proper movement mechanics, corrective exercises, injury prevention strategies, and at-home programs to support long-term recovery and sustained wellness.
- Drive an exceptional patient experience — Contribute to a positive, high-energy clinic culture by delivering top-tier service, building strong patient relationships, and actively participating in team development and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program (or equivalent degree)
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to evaluate, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to clearly educate patients, collaborate with providers, and build lasting relationships
- Passion for holistic, patient-centered care and whole-body wellness
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
