Concrete Solutions and Waterproofing has been restoring foundations, chimneys, and masonry across Eastern Massachusetts since 1995. We are Braintree based and most of our work runs Quincy to Plymouth, Norwood to the coast.
THE WORK
Restoration and repair, Remodel. Repointing brick and stone, chimney rebuilds, crowns and caps, foundation parging, block and brick repair, steps, and retaining walls. If you take pride in a joint that matches the original, you will fit here.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Repoint brick and stone, matching existing joint profile and mortar color
- Rebuild and repair chimneys, crowns, and caps
- Lay block and brick for foundations, steps, and walls
- Parge and repair foundation walls
- Cut and set stone, cap, and tread
- Work safely from staging and scaffold
- Mix to spec using Type N pre-mixed bagged mortar
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years masonry experience, restoration and repair preferred over new construction
- Comfortable on staging at height
- Reliable transportation
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE APPLYING
We are a small crew and everyone works across trades. When masonry is slow you may be on a foundation pour or a waterproofing job. That flexibility is how we keep people working year round instead of laying off between seasons.
