Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, making a positive first impression
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments
- Manage phone calls, emails, and room reservations
- Process payments, handle cash, and ensure accurate billing
- Adhere to hotel policies and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional customer service or hospitality skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of hotel reservation and property management systems (experience with PEP system is a plus)
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)
