Position Summary
Done Right Today Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a driven Rehash Sales Specialist to recover unsold HVAC, plumbing, sewer, and water line opportunities.
This role focuses on proactively contacting customers who previously received an estimate but did not move forward. The Inside Sales Specialist will identify what prevented the customer from purchasing, overcome objections, communicate the value of Done Right Today, and work to convert those opportunities into revenue.
Success in this role requires persistence, strong sales ability, consistent follow-up, and the confidence to ask for the business.
Essential Functions
- Make outbound calls to customers with unsold estimates and previous sales opportunities.
- Re-engage customers who did not move forward with their original HVAC, plumbing, sewer, or water line estimate.
- Identify the reason the customer did not purchase and work to overcome objections.
- Ask effective questions to understand customer concerns related to price, timing, financing, competition, or other factors.
- Clearly communicate the value of choosing Done Right Today.
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Confidently ask for the sale and work to recover previously lost opportunities.
- Discuss available pricing, financing, promotions, or other approved options when appropriate.
- Schedule sales appointments and follow-ups when additional assistance is needed to close an opportunity.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers who are not ready to make a decision during the initial conversation.
- Proactively work every assigned lead and maximize each opportunity.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes on customer conversations and follow-up activity.
- Manage a pipeline of unsold opportunities and prioritize follow-up based on sales potential.
- Meet established outbound call, conversion, revenue, and other key performance goals.
- Partner with sales, customer service, and operations teams when additional information is needed to recover an opportunity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, outbound sales, rehash sales, call center sales, or similar experience preferred.
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, home improvement, or another in-home service industry is a plus.
- Experience working with CRM or customer management software is preferred.

Success in this position means consistently turning missed opportunities into revenue. The Rehash Sales Specialist is expected to actively work on their pipeline, follow up with customers, identify why opportunities were lost, and find ways to earn the customer's business.

Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year

Experience:
- rehash sales/unsold estimate follow-up: 2 years (Preferred)
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home-services sales: 1 year (Preferred)
