Summary
As a Storefront Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will utilize core project management and construction management software skills to coordinate project schedules and resources effectively. Your premium expertise in tools like ProCore and Bluebeam will enhance project efficiency, while your relevant skills in blueprint reading will ensure compliance and quality. A valid driver's license is required for site visits and inspections, making you an integral part of our construction team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with blueprints and specifications.
- Manage project scheduling and resource allocation while focusing on safety and quality standards.
- Review estimates to ensure accuracy and feasibility and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
