We are a 20+ bay, high-volume shop with strong marketing, modern equipment, digital inspections, and a team culture focused on growth and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50–$75/hour flat rate depending on experience
- Guaranteed hours available for the right technician
- Weekly pay
- Performance bonuses
- Additional hourly bonus incentives:
- +$2/hr when flagging 45 hours
- Additional +$2/hr at 50 hours
- Additional +$2/hr at 55 hours
- $1,000 monthly bonus when flagging 180+ hours
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends

What We Are Looking For
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Experience with domestic and Asian vehicles
- European experience is a plus
- Ability to perform quality inspections and repairs
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to flag 40+ hours consistently
- Comfortable using digital inspections and modern shop software
