All Natural Day Spa is seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team and support our mission of promoting whole-body wellness through natural, holistic care.
In this role, you will provide personalized massage treatments using techniques, methods, and products that align with our commitment to natural health and wellness. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports , prenatal, La stone and therapeutic message tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current conditions, and specific pain points
- Educate clients on the benefits of different massage therapies and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain compliance with privacy standards
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations, including CPR certification requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain procedures, and provide post-treatment advice for continued wellness
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and pain management strategies to enhance service quality
Skills
- Proven experience in various massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and professionally
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
- Excellent client communication skills to explain procedures clearly and address any questions or concerns
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management experiences
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive client information effectively
- Certification in CPR is required; additional certifications in specialized techniques like trigger point therapy or prenatal massage are preferred

Pay: $36.00 - $600.00 per week
