Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site and In field role located in Sarasota, FL, for an Installation Technician Lead. The Installation Technician will be responsible for assembling, installing, and servicing custom metalwork, including railings, gates, awnings, and other architectural features. Key duties involve troubleshooting onsite challenges, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction Once trained by our existing team, the ideal candidate will eventually lead their own team of installation technicians.
Pay Range: $22-$28/ hour.
Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot and address technical challenges during installations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and subordinates
- Focus on customer service and satisfaction, maintaining positive client relationships
- Experience and knowledge in handling various tools and equipment
- Capability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
- Previous installation or related experience in construction is a plus
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor, hands-on environments
- Have a drivers license and clean driving record
