Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
Disassembly and assembly of parts.
Perform correct Repair procedures to assure appearance, durability and performance as to standards set by automotive industries.
Perform high quality repair work.
Maintain equipment, supplies and housekeeping of your immediate work area.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Monthly CSI and production KPI
Level of engagement and productivity
Minimum Requirements:
Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
Some ICAR training
