Minimum of 5 years experience in construction estimating and project managing in the Commercial & Industrial Construction industry.
General construction knowledge is expected
Work to include but not limited to:
- Blueprint reading
- Takeoff's using company supplied software
- Use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Understanding the process of RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's, Submittals, etc.
- Construction documentation process's
- Job Site Visits
Position can be paid hourly or salary
