Faithful Friends is looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to support the front of our hospital.
We are a small animal practice that is seeking an experienced, independent, and passionate receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be dependable and be able to adapt to a fast paced environment, with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask, handle multiple phone lines, and computer proficiency are a must.
Experience in the veterinary industry is required
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, scan records, prepare charts, etc.
- Greet clients and assist with checking out.
- Be friendly and client oriented
- Ability to work as a team, and relay information correctly.
- Proficiency with multi-line phones and computer systems.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about our products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
AviMark experience is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
