This position is responsible for:
- working with customers on selecting flooring
- calculating estimates based on measurements, must be able to measure accurately.
- writing up sales tickets
- assisting with inventory control
- handling freight, operating a forklift, ability to lift 50+ lbs (as needed)
- help maintain the appearance of the store and keeping things clean and tidy.
- assisting with off-site measuring (as needed)
-Punctuality is important, we are looking for a reliable individual who will show up on time daily.
-Searching for a proactive, self-starter and exhibits an eagerness to learn, take guidance and be part of the team.
-Focus on detail is important.
-Appropriate dress code will be implemented.
-Forklift experience requested.
Experience in Flooring, Sales or Home Improvement is preferred.
