We are hiring full-time/part-time therapists for our Plano and McKinney locations! Most initial training will take place at our Plano or Southlake location.
Compensation
- Training Pay: $8 per hour
- Regular Pay: $10 per hour + Tips (+ 3% Commission after 3 months)
- (Note: Both regular pay and commission rates will increase based on accumulated experience.)
Schedule
- Full-time: Must include Fri/Sat/Sun + 2 additional weekdays.
- Part-time: Must include Fri/Sat.

- Provide excellent customer service to each client.
- Analyze the customer's scalp condition before and after the treatment.
- Demonstrate knowledge in product selection to facilitate upselling.
- Effectively communicate with clients to help them understand their needs.
- Efficiently perform the client's choice of head spa treatment.
- Maintain a clean work environment in collaboration with fellow staff members.
