Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Market Manager to oversee the daily operations of our market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving store performance.
Duties
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Lead, train, and supervise store employees
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or grocery store management preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English (Required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS and inventory management systems
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible retail schedules
