Key qualifications we're looking for:

Firm commitment to Pioneers' core values and mission;

Must practice and support the relevant elements of the US Mobilization Base Manual;

Possess good interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate well with children;

Work well with a team to meet safety standards and service goals;

Able to work an average of 10-45 hours a week during event weeks, which are usually once or twice a month.;

Be available to work either mornings or afternoons; and
-
Must pass a background check.

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
