Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Long Beach, New York
Shift: Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $42–$44 per hour (commensurate with experience)

We’re seeking a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized therapy plans tailored to residents’ needs and goals.
Deliver evidence-based interventions that promote independence in daily living.
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest quality care.
Support residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability with personalized rehabilitation services.
Maintain accurate documentation and safeguard resident confidentiality.
Create a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active New York State Occupational Therapist license.
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred, but not required.
