Thrive and Grow Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, develop individualized communication goals, and deliver therapy services to children experiencing speech and language delays.
This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working closely with children and families and is passionate about supporting early communication development in natural environments such as homes and community settings.

Director of Thrive and Grow Inc.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication delays and determine individual needs.
* Develop individualized speech and language goals based on assessment results and each child’s strengths and needs.
* Provide direct speech and language therapy services in natural environments, including home and community settings.
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, Service Coordinators, and other multidisciplinary team members.
* Educate and coach caregivers on strategies that promote speech, language, communication, and overall developmental skills.
* Monitor and document children’s progress toward individualized goals.
* Prepare and submit timely progress reports and required documentation to the Service Coordinator and Program Director.
* Participate as an active member of a multidisciplinary team to support the child’s overall development and success.
* Maintain professional and ethical standards while providing family-centered services.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
* Experience working with children in early intervention is preferred.
* Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.
