- Conduct personalized onboarding, regular wellness check-ins, in-home and virtual visits, and quality check-ins to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively address client concerns, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Act as the client advocate by coordinating with nursing, scheduling, and caregiver teams.
- Collect client feedback on care quality, conduct satisfaction surveys, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Track key metrics, including client retention, Net Promoter Score, and complaint resolution time.
Business Development & Growth
- Actively grow our client base through outside sales and referral networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources (hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, senior centers, assisted living communities, social workers, and NJ DDD case managers/support coordinators).
- Conduct regular field sales calls, presentations, and community events to consistently generate new client referrals.
- Convert leads and inquiries into active clients through professional consultations and follow-up.
- Participate in local health fairs, community events, and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a warm, professional presence.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a track record of closing new business.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience with New Jersey home care regulations or NJ DDD is a plus.
