As a Talent Acquisition Specialist III , you will own full-cycle recruiting for highly skilled technology professionals across disciplines including software engineering, IoT, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and IT/Engineering operations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience while building scalable talent pipelines for current and future needs.
This role supports Rheem’s Enterprise Division and is based in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). This is a contract to hire position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years focused on technology recruiting
- Proven experience hiring for roles such as IoT Engineers, Software Engineers, Cloud & Infrastructure Specialists, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Data professionals
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise leaders within a matrixed organization
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliant hiring practices
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and MS Office tool
