Responsibilities:
Quality Control Program Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain the project's QC Plan in compliance with USACE standards and contract requirements. Ensure all work conforms to project specifications, drawings, and quality expectations.

Daily Inspections and Reporting: Conduct and document three-phase quality control inspections (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up) for all phases of construction. Maintain daily QC logs and deficiency tracking.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary quality liaison with USACE personnel, project managers, subcontractors, and field teams. Address and resolve quality concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all construction activities meet applicable federal, state, and local codes and contract requirements. Verify installation methods, materials, and workmanship align with approved specifications.
Deficiency Prevention and Correction: Identify non-conformance issues, generate deficiency reports, and follow through to resolution. Coordinate corrective actions and re-inspections to ensure full compliance.
Training and Support: Provide quality control training and guidance to field staff and subcontractors. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project team.
