Responsibilities of the Quality Auditor/ Inspector
Conduct quality control testing on a variety of products using various test equipment.
Perform document audits on current products and processes, maintaining all required testing records.
Obtain pertinent data and produce accurate product labels, ensuring mainframe label information is correct.
Input data from Manufacturing Production Reports, maintain databases, and prepare Monthly Cost of Quality Reports.
Release customer products into production, tracking batch and lot information meticulously.
Prepare and submit Manufacturing Certification of Conformance Reports as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
Follow verbal and written directions, ensuring all work aligns with the quality management system.
Comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements of the Quality Auditor/ Inspector
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 standards is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with full PPE.
Visual acuity for reading instructions, operating machinery, and inspecting parts.
Capability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 pounds frequently.
Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
Onsite presence required at the primary location, with no travel obligations.
Compensation/Benefits for the Quality Auditor/ Inspector
- Pay Rat $19.80+ DOE
- Shift 11:00p-7:00am
