We are looking for motivated, coachable, and self-driven individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Brokers. This is a performance-based 1099 opportunity where you are compensated through commissions, bonuses, and carrier incentives.
As a Life Insurance Broker, you will help families find the right coverage by connecting them with products from over 30 different life insurance carriers. Instead of being limited to one company, you will have access to multiple carriers, allowing you to shop options and match clients with coverage that fits their needs, health situation, and budget.
This role is best suited for someone who is motivated by growth, enjoys helping people, and wants the ability to build income based on effort and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with individuals and families interested in life insurance coverage
- Help clients understand their options in a simple and professional way
- Match clients with appropriate products from multiple life insurance carriers
- Complete applications accurately and professionally
- Follow up with clients throughout the application and approval process
- Maintain strong communication and customer service
- Participate in training, team calls, and coaching
- Build personal production and, if desired, grow into leadership opportunities
Compensation & Bonuses:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position and is paid solely based on performance. There is no base salary or hourly pay.
Compensation opportunities may include:
- Personal commissions

- Team production bonuses
- Leadership and agency-building bonuses
- Renewal and long-term growth opportunities, depending on carrier and contract structure
Income is uncapped and based on your personal work ethic, consistency, and ability to help clients.

Qualifications:
- Life insurance license preferred, but not required to apply
- Strong communication skills

- Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed
