We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our Redding team.
Position Summary
The Assistant Manager partners with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, coach and develop team members, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys retail, sales coaching, team development, and building lasting guest relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and sales performance
- Lead by example in guest service and sales behaviors
- Coach and motivate associates to achieve individual and team goals
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Help manage inventory control, repairs, and operational processes
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently
- Open and close the store as needed
- Support company initiatives, promotions, and financing programs
Qualifications
- Previous retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and guest service
- Ability to coach and develop a team
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Jewelry experience is a plus, but not required
