Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits confidently, ensuring customers understand the value of each model.
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs and leveraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Leads, Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities.
- Close deals efficiently by guiding customers through the purchase process, including financing options and paperwork completion.
- Maintain professional communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities, to effectively represent the dealership.
