Bottoms Up Boutique located downtown Anchorage on the outside of the Simon Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall (Corner of 6th Ave & C St), is seeking a Part Time Boutique Sales Person. We specialize in fashion, locally made Alaskan gifts, and more.

We are seeking someone who is fashionable, energetic, fun, organized, self motivated and creative. This person should either have retail experience or be very friendly and outgoing which will translate into great customer service to help customers find something that they will feel amazing in! Must be great at Social Media!
We are open Monday - Saturday 11-630p and Sunday 12-5p. This is a part-time position but more hours can be available depending on schedule. We are looking for someone for Friday & Saturday, and possibly Wednesday & Thursday as well. This person could also cover other workers if they need time off and could work later if we have in-store events (I.e. First Fridays).
Beginning wages are $18-22 per hour depending on experience.
Because we are a small downtown Anchorage business and have one person working per shift, we are seeking someone who is confident working alone in the shop and highly self motivated.
Other skills: friendly, great sales person, clean, great at setting goals and tasks and getting things done, self-starter, excellent merchandiser. Fashion Sense, Appearance, and effort are a must.
Tasks required: customer service, sales, receiving orders, pricing, tagging, steaming inventory, cleaning, answering the phone, rearranging the shop, packing and shipping online orders, styling, social media posts, coming up with sales, promotions and event planning as needed.
