Freeflow Beverage Solutions is hiring Field Service Technicians to support our territory across New England. We service some of the most recognized brands in the industry, including Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Global Partners, Vivreau Freshepet and we are growing fast.
Whether you have years of experience on Coca-Cola Freestyle, soda fountains, and ice machines, or you are mechanically inclined and ready to learn a trade, we want to talk to you. We hire for attitude and aptitude, then train you on the equipment.
The Role
You will run a route in your assigned territory, handling reactive service calls, scheduled installations, and preventive maintenance on commercial beverage equipment, including:
- Coca-Cola Freestyle dispensers
- Soda fountains (Cornelius, Lancer)
- Ice machines (Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman)
- Frozen beverage machines (Bunn, Viper)
- Bar gun systems
- Beverage refrigeration and water filtration
You will diagnose problems, repair equipment, document your work on your mobile device.

The Work You'll Do Matters
You will not be servicing one type of machine in one type of location. Our accounts include McDonald's restaurants, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, and major beverage brand customers. No two days look the same, and the variety keeps the work interesting.
You will be backed by a dispatch team that has your route planned, a parts team that keeps you stocked, and a service management team that actually answers the phone when you need support.
What We're Looking For
Open to all experience levels. We have a place for you whether you are a seasoned tech or starting out.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills with customers and team
- Ability to work independently and manage your day
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience servicing beverage equipment or refrigeration.
- Familiarity with McDonald's beverage equipment
- Experience with Coca-Cola Freestyle, Cornelius or Lancer.
- Experience with ice machines and frozen beverage equipment (Bunn, Viper)
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Understanding of refrigeration thermodynamics and basic sequence of operations
Who You'll Work With
You will report directly to the Service Manager and work closely with our Dispatch Coordinator, Field Operations Supervisor, Parts Manager, and a team of 15 technicians.
We are a tight team that supports each other.
