Harrison Hayes International Realty is actively expanding its brokerage operations into Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and is seeking experienced and highly motivated Licensed Real Estate Brokers to serve as Broker of Record for our expansion into these markets.

The Broker of Record will play a critical leadership role in establishing and overseeing HHIR's brokerage operations within the respective state. This position will be responsible for helping ensure regulatory compliance, supervising brokerage activities, supporting agents, overseeing transactions, and working closely with company leadership to develop and grow the HHIR brand.
This is an opportunity for an experienced broker who wants to be more than a transaction manager. We are seeking professionals interested in helping build a growing real estate company and establishing a strong presence for Harrison Hayes International Realty in a new market.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the designated Broker of Record for Harrison Hayes International Realty in the applicable state, subject to all state licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Provide professional supervision and oversight of the brokerage's licensed real estate activities.
- Help establish and maintain state-specific brokerage policies, procedures, and compliance systems.
- Ensure brokerage operations comply with applicable state real estate laws, regulations, licensing requirements, fair housing requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Review and oversee real estate transactions, contracts, listings, offers, disclosures, and related documentation as required.
- Provide guidance and support to affiliated real estate salespersons and brokers.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing real estate professionals in the market.
- Work with company leadership to establish and execute the company's market-entry and growth strategy.
- Help develop relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and other real estate professionals.
- Support the development of local referral networks and strategic business relationships.
- Assist with the development of marketing and business-development initiatives designed to increase HHIR's market presence.
- Monitor transaction and brokerage practices and address compliance issues promptly.
- Maintain appropriate brokerage records and documentation in accordance with applicable state requirements.
- Stay current on changes to state and federal real estate laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and industry practices.
- Represent the Harrison Hayes International Realty brand professionally and ethically within the market.
Qualifications
- Active real estate broker license in Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, as applicable.
- Must meet the applicable state's requirements to serve as a Broker of Record or designated supervising broker.
- Demonstrated experience in residential real estate brokerage and transaction management.
- Strong understanding of applicable state real estate laws, regulations, contracts, disclosures, and brokerage compliance.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or managing licensed real estate professionals is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, agents, clients, and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and ethical real estate practices.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, digital communication platforms, and real estate technology.
- Strong business-development mindset with the ability to help grow a new brokerage market.
- Professional, ethical, dependable, and highly organized.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
