Responsibilities:
- Conducting quality control, ensuring that all work performed under his/her supervision is done in a timely and cost-effective manner and in accordance with applicable codes.
- Responsible for coaching/counseling employees on the company’s policies and procedures.
- Establish, implement, and supervise periodic Janitorial Agent schedules and procedures.
- Ensure that all employees assigned as a team under his/her responsibility comply with all Federal, State and local laws.
- Manages inventories supplies and equipment.
- Investigates and implements new and improved cleaning instruments and methods.
- Develops, proposes and manages special projects and other related duties assigned and needed.
