F&W Equipment is looking to hire an experienced Heavy Equipment Service Technician. Prior experience is required.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, and compact equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on customer, rental, and sales equipment
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems
- Complete repair orders accurately with detailed notes and parts usage
- Communicate with service advisors and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company and manufacturer procedures
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience as a heavy equipment or diesel technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engines
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL preferred but not required

Additional Information
This is a full-time position based out of our Orange, CT location. Technicians may be required to work in the shop or in the field depending on business needs.
