We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, sales-driven team member to join Motor City Tan!
If you love talking to people, enjoy helping customers find the right products and services, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
This is NOT a receptionist position. Our team is expected to actively educate customers, recommend products, and build lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with a positive attitude
- Recommend memberships, packages, lotions and wellness services
- Build relationships with regular customers
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Keep the salon exceptionally clean
- Open and/or close the salon
- Help create an upbeat, welcoming environment
