A2I Enterprise Inc. is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our growing team as Sales Representatives in Austin, TX. This is an on-site and full-time position that offers paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career growth for individuals who enjoy working with people and developing their communication and sales skills.
In this role, you will represent telecommunications solutions for business customers, educate prospective clients about available products and services, and build strong professional relationships. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Pay : $950–$1250 per week + Performance-Based Incentives
Responsibilities:
- Represent telecommunications products and services to business customers.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Educate customers on phone options, internet & cable services, and current promotions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism while representing the company.
- Participate in daily meetings, training sessions, and coaching.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation.
