Job Summary:
Bare Essentials is seeking a nurturing and energetic Child Care Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development and creating a positive learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Supervise and ensure safety of children at all times
- Maintain a structured and nurturing classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Monitor and document children’s progress and behavior
- Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in child care or early childhood education preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Patient, creative, and dependable
- Knowledge of Missouri child care licensing requirements is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time / Part-time available
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
