We seek a Manager who will help open the new Mercantile, hire all positions, lead our amazing staff, and manage Mercantile operations.
- Lead a team who upholds our “helpfulness” mission (outstanding customer service).
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising.
- Communicate with Buying Team.
- Assist with marketing and social media campaign content.
- Work with the team to host special events.
- Review and discuss monthly financials.
- Recommend strategies for maximizing sales/revenue and cost efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of retail management experience in a home goods or clothing store.
- Computer proficiency with inventory control, point-of-sale software, and Microsoft Office.
- Available to work 42-45 hours each week including Saturdays and select Sundays/evenings as needed for seasonal events.
