POSITION OVERVIEW
Way2Go Denver is seeking energetic, customer-focused Travel Services Concierges (TSCs) to assist passengers traveling throughout the United States.
This position goes beyond selling tickets. Travel Services Concierges serve as travel experts, customer service representatives, problem solvers, and passenger advocates. TSCs help travelers understand their trips, navigate the terminal, prepare for boarding, and enjoy a positive travel experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, professional, and enjoys helping people from all walks of life.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist passengers with ticket purchases, exchanges, and travel information
- Explain routes, schedules, connections, and boarding procedures
- Educate passengers on luggage allowances and travel policies
- Offer additional services such as seat selection, additional luggage, printing services, and travel essentials
- Conduct luggage checks prior to boarding
- Assist with boarding and passenger line management
- Help passengers understand their tickets and travel itineraries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delays, cancellations, and service disruptions
- Assist elderly, disabled, and first-time travelers as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Work closely with drivers, station personnel, security, and customer support teams
- Assist with terminal operations and passenger flow throughout the day
- Promote a welcoming, safe, and professional atmosphere for all passengers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required

- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service experience
- Sales or hospitality experience
- Transportation, airline, hotel, tourism, or travel industry experience
- Cash handling experience
- Experience working with diverse populations
