Job Title: Physician
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
Compass Pain and Wellness is seeking a skilled and compassionate interventional pain management physician to join our team.
We specialize in the most advanced diagnostics and interventional procedures, including ultrasound and fluoroscopic-guided nerve hydrodissection and orthbiologics like platelet rich plasma and autologous stem cells.
This position will work closely with one of the nation's most experienced regenerative medicine physicians to cultivate a skillset in advanced interventional orthopedics.
Experience in these procedures is great, but not required. This is an excellent role for a physician with a grasp of the basic interventional pain procedures who is excited about mentorship and growing an advanced clinical skillset.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary setting alongside specialists in Neurology, Psychology, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, and Massage.
We're a mission-driven practice with the goal of eliminating barriers to quality, evidence-based medicine.
Our ideal physician will be excited about growing the company as a foundational clinician. For the right person, this is an incredible opportunity to learn an advanced skillset in regenerative medicine, as well as the nuances of practice management from a skilled executive team. We're looking to invest in the right candidate to launch, or reimagine their existing career to become a prominent practitioner operating at the forefront of the rehabilitation and interventional orthopedic space.

- Educate patients on pain management strategies and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Stay current with advancements in pain management treatments and techniques
- Draft and write compelling reports in the Medical-Legal space.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to compassionate and patient-focused care.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary with incentives to participate in a large practice.
- Open to ownership opportunities.
- Training in the methods of building and growing a practice with expertise in the most profitable niche markets of pain.
