Roles and responsibilities:

Develops code, tests, and debugs new applications

Write programs based on system specifications

Involved in analyzing system/software code to detect any bugs in the application code and may be responsible to debug, test, and deploy system fixes

Performs maintenance on existing programs and makes enhancements to applications based on user requirements

Support existing applications and processes

Resolves customer issues with applications and responds to client group requests

Understands and demonstrates the importance of customers to the organization's success
